Una Residences Una Residences has received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO), according to Florida YIMBY. This allows residents to begin moving into the 47-story waterfront condominium tower located at 175 SE 25th Road in Brickell.

According to Florida YIMBY, the project was developed by OKO Group and Cain and designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture. The building contains 129 condominium residences, with more than 90 percent of the units sold before completion.

Building-wide amenities include a spa with steam room facilities, three swimming pools, a media lounge, and a fitness center with yoga areas and personal training, according to Florida YIMBY.

Two tri-level penthouses at Una Residences sold for $17.75 million each, according to Florida YIMBY. These units feature approximately 7,089 square feet of interior space and 2,871 square feet of outdoor terrace and rooftop areas. Each penthouse includes dual private pools, a summer kitchen, a steam room, and a sauna.
