How the Developer Score works
Six axes, weighted: building quality (the size-weighted mean Building Score of delivered buildings, 35%), health record (share of the portfolio with no adverse verified public record, 20%), market performance (appreciation and turnover ranked against other developers, 15%), financeability (10%), track record (buildings, years and units delivered, 10%) and consistency (spread of Building Scores, 10%). A joint-venture partner credit counts at half weight; pre-delivery towers count only in the track record. A developer needs three scored delivered buildings to be scored.
