We help condo buyers understand the building before they commit to the unit, with the sold prices, price-per-square-foot trends, building records and value estimates the portals leave out.

Why we built this

Most Miami condo search sites are a stream of listings with no way to tell a well-run tower from a troubled one, or a fairly priced unit from an overpriced one. Own.Miami is organized the way a careful buyer thinks: building by building. Every tower gets a profile with live inventory, closed-sale history, price-per-square-foot trends, verified public records and a computed Building Score, and units get a floor-aware value estimate, so you can see whether a listing is priced with, above or below its building.

How we work

  • Independent. No one pays to be featured or ranked. Scores and estimates use the same formulas for every building.
  • Grounded. Every number traces back to a source: public records, MLS aggregates or a documented model. A person reviews and approves every article before it is published.
  • Honest about uncertainty. Unit estimates are labeled estimates, not appraisals, and carry a confidence level. We say when the data is thin.

Our data comes from public records (Miami-Dade Clerk of the Court, Property Appraiser, Florida DBPR, City of Miami) and from the MIAMI Association of REALTORS® MLS, which is deemed reliable but not guaranteed.
