Construction Update

Construction has progressed beyond the podium at , a 67-story mixed-use residential tower located at 1016 Northeast 2nd Avenue in Downtown Miami. According to Florida YIMBY, the project is being permitted under 175 Northeast 10th Street.

Developed by the New York City-based Naftali Group, the tower is planned to be approximately 700 feet tall and cover an estimated 741,252 square feet. Coastal Construction is serving as the general contractor.
