New Dining in Downtown
New culinary options are expanding the local dining scene for residents in Downtown. Fratesi’s Pizza recently opened its first brick-and-mortar location in the area, offering a new destination for pizza lovers. Additionally, El Turco Express, a fast-casual version of a Michelin Bib Gourmand recipient, has opened at the Central Fare Collective.
These additions provide more variety for residents in nearby buildings such as Vizcayne, 50 Biscayne, and Centro. The Downtown area currently features 559 active condo listings, with a median asking price of $820,000 ($921/sq ft) and 236 sales in the last 12 months.
Expansion in Midtown
Residents in Midtown have new options with the opening of Amavi, a Mediterranean restaurant from New York City. These new establishments contribute to the local lifestyle for owners in the area.
Regional Dining Updates
While not in the immediate Downtown or Midtown areas, other regional updates include the opening of a second steakhouse by Daniel’s in Coral Gables and the opening of a new location for the Korean barbecue chain KPOT in Pembroke Pines. In Miami Beach, the restaurant Cleo serves Eastern Mediterranean fare at the Balfour Hotel.
