Paraiso District

The Paraiso District is one bayfront block of Edgewater, between 30th and 31st Streets on Biscayne Bay, where Related Group built four towers in a single master plan between 2015 and 2018: Gran Paraiso, One Paraiso, Paraiso Bay and Paraiso Bayviews, all designed by Arquitectonica. Together they hold well over a thousand residences, a bayfront park and a beach club with a restaurant that the four buildings share.

Each tower has its own character: Gran Paraiso and One Paraiso are the larger-unit, higher-priced pair on the water; Paraiso Bay and Paraiso Bayviews offer smaller floor plans and the district's entry prices. All four share the same block of amenities — tennis, pools, spas, a bowling alley and a theater — which is why buyers compare them side by side.

The block sits between Margaret Pace Park to the south and the Edgewater towers of the 30s streets to the north, with the Design District a ten-minute walk and the Venetian Causeway to Miami Beach at the foot of the neighborhood.
