Construction at Villa Miami has reached the 21-floor mark. The project, located at 710 NE 29th Street in the Edgewater neighborhood, is a 56-story, 650-foot residential tower. According to Florida YIMBY, the project is scheduled for completion in late 2027.

The development, designed by ODP Architects with interior design by Vicky Charles of AD100, will feature 70 condominium residences. These units will consist of full-floor and half-floor layouts. A penthouse residence on the upper levels of the building is valued at $55 million.

For residents, the building will include The Copper Club, a three-level private amenity suite. This suite features dining rooms, lounges, wellness facilities, a screening room, a salon, and a rooftop helipad. Additionally, a ground-floor waterfront restaurant operated by Major Food Group is planned for the site.
