# Una Residences Gets Its TCO and Closes 122 Sales in Brickell

Una Residences, the 47-story waterfront tower at 175 SE 25th Road in {{neighborhood:brickell}}, received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy from the City of Miami in February 2026. ## The building
