Both towers of One Brickell Riverfront, LOFTY Brickell and {{building:the-standard-residences-brickell}}, reached full architectural height in June 2026 when their crowns were installed, and the developers are targeting delivery in August 2027. Together they add about 784 condos on the Miami River at the north edge of Brickell, so buyers there will soon be choosing between new units and a deep resale market.

## Where the towers stand

General contractor G.T. McDonald topped off the structures in January 2026, Florida YIMBY and South Florida Agent Magazine reported.
